Street Photography | Another Entry, Projects & Plans...

Hi everybody! Ahhh I really need to stop taking photos of people from the back. I don't think it's a good way to take photos when it's about street photography. Because I don't know, it might be certain photos would look "OK" but probably most of them aren't really a good way to interpret the life in the streets.

So I hope you're all fine and how was your week? Anyway this week I started my half term break from college and you would think I have free time but not really to be honest. I got like assignments to finish by next week. So wish me luck! Don't worry, I will still go out shooting in my free time. :-)

Other than that, so far my experimentation with street photography has yet to be good and "improve" if I would assume that. But yeah, I still think that I have a lot of places in Bristol that I still need to visit and shoot. Also, I would also like to plan on a project to work for myself. That would probably take some time and from there I would hopefully build up my portfolio soon. You see working on a project can be a very good exercise for any photographers. You could easily build a portfolio of work! One of the reasons are that you will be able to work on a specific title so that you'll able to focus a particular topic/theme easily.

So, have you already been thinking ideas to work on project? Another thing about working on a project, people would usually say how long we will be working on it? Personally I would say it depends. A year? A month? A week? A day? It's up to you to decide really. Also, when you're really working on a project, I would suggest not to upload your photos immediately. Yes, I know it's going to be a beautiful picture but have you ever think about why you really love about that photo? Sometimes people in the internet helps when it's about the critics and comments but you also need to be critical about your work as well. In conclusion, we need to remind ourselves that when something is very easy in life, you will always need to challenge yourself more and harder. The main motto is No Pain No Gain. Photographers always need to man up themselves and challenge more in order to give some effort in what you do. So I hope you guys have a very very very good week and people on my facebook have been babbling about Valentines Day but I say it's another opportunity to hit the streets! ; )
